Edit the WordPress page or post
Sign in to your WordPress admin and open the page or post where you want the widget. Click Edit to open the editor.

In Gutenberg, click the + button to add a new block. Search for Custom HTML and select it. (In Classic Editor, switch to the Text tab instead.)
