Setup

Configuration

Embeddable Emails provides two main configuration options for sending emails when events occur:

This option allows you to receive email notifications when a new submission happens in your embeddable.

Configuration Steps:

  2. Configure Recipients:

    • In the "To" field (required), add one or more email addresses where you want to receive notifications
    • Click the "Add To" button with the plus icon to add additional email addresses
    • Use the trash can icon next to each email to remove unwanted recipients
    • Example: [email protected], [email protected]
  3. Set Email Subject (required):

    • Enter a descriptive subject line for your notifications
    • Example: "Customer insights submission"
  4. Compose Email Content:

  • Content: Keep emails concise and actionable
  • Testing: Send test emails to yourself before enabling user notifications
  • Snippets: Utilize the snippets feature to include dynamic data like user names, form submissions, or timestamps
  • Character Limits: Stay within the 5,000 character limit for optimal delivery
