Overview

Zoom integration allows your embeddable widgets to connect with Zoom for video conferencing capabilities. This integration enables your widgets to create and reschedule Zoom meetings directly from your embeddable interface.

Adding the App

Prerequisites

  • An active Zoom account
  • Admin or user permissions to install apps in your Zoom account
  • An active embeddable account

Step-by-Step Setup

  1. Access Integration Settings

    • Go to your embeddable editor
    • Click the Integrations button in the top right corner
  2. Find Zoom Integration

    • Search for "Zoom" in the search bar
    • Or find it under the Video category
  3. Authorize the Integration

    • Click the Authorize button
    • A new window will open with Zoom's OAuth authorization page
    • Log in to your Zoom account if prompted

Removing the App

Complete Removal Process

To completely remove the Zoom integration from both your embeddable and Zoom account:

From Your Embeddable:

  1. Go to your embeddable editor
  2. Click the Integrations button in the top right corner
  3. Find the Zoom integration in your integrations list
  4. Click the Disconnect button
  5. Confirm the disconnection when prompted

From Your Zoom Account:

  1. Log in to your Zoom account
  2. Navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace
  3. Click Manage >> Added Apps
  4. Search for "Embeddable" or find the app in your installed apps list
  5. Select the Embeddable app
  6. Click Remove
  7. Confirm the removal when prompted

  • All meeting data and history will remain in your Zoom account
